Kim Kardashian has been spotted on a date with Halle Berry's ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry for the second time in a week. Kim and Gabriel's latest outing happened on Thanksgiving day, November 25 in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles.

In pictures obtained by Just Jared, Kim was seen wearing a short tulip-dress and black top while model Gabriel looked semi casual in his white shirt. The rumored lovers watched Christina Aguilera and Cher's new movie "Burlesque" at the Arclight Cinema Theater.

After watching the musical drama flick, Gabriel gave Kim a ride home with his white Rolls Royce Ghost. That day, the "Kourtney and Kim Take New York" star also had a family gathering, writing on her Twitter page "We ate too much!" However, whether or not Gabriel joined the gathering was unclear.

The movie date marked Kim and Gabriel's second outing this week. On Sunday night, November 21, Kim and Gabriel were spotted watching the LA Lakers basketball game at the Staples Center together. Of the sighting, friends said as quoted by The Chicago Sun-Times, "That whole Lakers thing was totally intentional. Both Kim and Gabriel wanted people to see them together. No doubt about it."

Though so, Kim's mother, Kris Jenner, has previously downplayed the romance report. "He is so nice. He's a friend of Kim's... just friends! Isn't he hot? But they're not dating. They're just friends," Kris told TV host George Lopez earlier this week.

Wesley Snipes 'in Transit' to Prison

Wesley Snipes has turned himself into authorities and is on his way to prison after a judge ordered him to surrender and begin serving his three-year sentence for tax evasion. The "Blade" star, 48, has spent the past two years fighting his 2008 conviction, which found him guilty of failing to file returns or pay tax on earnings of $38 million, dating back to 1999.

He lost an appeal in July this year, but U.S. District Court Judge Terrell Hodges granted him a sentence postponement pending a retrial hearing this month. In a Florida court last week, Snipes' lawyer Daniel Meachum maintained jurors in the 2008 trial had been biased against the star, amid allegations three members of the jury had made up their minds about the case before the court battle began.

But Judge Hodges rejected the argument and on Friday, November 19 demanded Snipes report to Florida cops immediately to begin serving time behind bars. And the Federal Bureau of Prisons website indicates Snipes surrendered to police on Monday and is currently "in transit" to a detention center.

Meachum revealed at the weekend the actor was "disappointed" by the "shocking" judgement, but added, "Wesley is... staying strong and positive."

But it was his 1959 Lincoln Continental that sparked the blaze, according to Belmont-San Carlos Fire Marshal Jim Palisi. He claims the singer had had the vehicle converted into a hybrid as part of his LincVolt project to create the world's most efficient full-sized car, according to local newspaper, the San Mateo County Times.

Experts are now looking at the Continental's computer in a bid to find the cause of the fault.

"He trespasses on preschool property to photograph the children... He has often left his car in the middle of a busy street just to chase me for a photograph." She adds, "His predatory behavior caused and continues to cause severe emotional distress as I fear for the safety of my children."

Richie's request has been granted by a Los Angeles judge, who ruled Mariotto must keep his distance from the school and stay at least 100 yards away from Richie, her fiance Joel Madden and their two children Harlow and Sparrow at all times.

The property will act as security against the star's company debts, according to Britain's Daily Mail. A spokesman for GRH confirms the claims but has downplayed the report, stating, "All of this is entirely commonplace and standard business practice."

Ramsay has also been embroiled in family drama recently after his father-in-law Chris Hutcheson, who stepped down as CEO of the celebrity chef's business empire last month, went public about their bitter fall-out.
