Kelly Osbourne has confirmed rumors she's dating aspiring British musician Rob Damiani following her broken engagement to model Luke Worrall. The singer-turned-reality TV star met the Don Broco rocker during a recent trip to Britain and admits she's "having fun" with the blossoming romance.

In her column for Britain's Closer magazine, she writes, "It's true, I'm having fun getting to know someone new. I met Rob over in the U.K. recently, and I want to take things slowly..." But she's vowed to keep the relationship private following a public bust-up on Twitter.com last month with her former fiance Worrall, who she split from in July 2010 amid allegations of his infidelity.

She adds, "Loads of people saw my Twitter rant about my ex-boyfriend over Christmas, and this is the last time you'll probably hear me talk about my relationship in the press. I've learned my lesson the hard way. I'm excited about this year - onwards and upwards!"

Orlando Bloom Struggling to Find The Perfect Name for His Newborn Son

First-time father Orlando Bloom is struggling to find the perfect name for his newborn son, according to his mum. The "Lord of the Rings" star welcomed a baby boy with his wife Miranda Kerr last week, but the pair has yet to name the tot.

Bloom's mum Sonia says, "They are both absolutely ecstatic. I am beyond happy. They have a list of names and he tells me they are struggling to choose one."

Kerr and Bloom tied the knot on July 22, 2010 after dating since 2007. The pair later announced they were expecting in August, with the model saying "I've always been open about wanting to be a mother one day, and I've always thought Orlando would be a great dad."

Anna Nicole Smith's Boyfriend Avoids Jail Because No Evidence

Anna Nicole Smith's lover and lawyer Howard K. Stern has been spared jail time after he was found guilty of conspiring to use a false name to supply drugs to the tragic actress/model last year. In court on Thursday, January 6, Los Angeles judge Robert Perry declared there was no evidence to suggest Stern intended to break the law and set aside a conviction.

Perry also set aside several felony convictions against doctor Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, who was charged for her role in the death of Anna Nicole Smith in 2007. He reduced her conviction to a misdemeanor and ordered her to serve probation, as well as fining her $100.

Perry had had the option of sentencing the pair to up to three years and eight months behind bars. The judgment brings an end to the nine-week trial and is a big success for the lawyers representing the Smith associates.

Stern's legal team filed a motion in court calling for the charges against their client to be overturned, claiming it is "common practice" to use false names on prescriptions for celebrities in Los Angeles "to protect privacy". The motion, filed last year, stated Stern believed Smith's medic Eroshevich was right to prescribe medication to the late star under a different name.

Eroshevich was found guilty of two conspiracy charges, as well as one count of unlawfully prescribing a controlled substance and another of unlawfully obtaining a prescription by giving a false name. Ãƒâ€?Stern's lawyers asked for a reduction of his two convictions to misdemeanors. Earlier this week, California prosecutors called on the judge to sentence Stern and the psychiatrist to felony probation and 300 hours of community service.

Jamie Foxx Cried Foul Following A Recent Run-in with Los Angeles Police

Actor/singer Jamie Foxx has cried foul following a recent run-in with Los Angeles police, because he is convinced he was a victim of racial profiling. The African American Oscar winner admits he's regularly pulled over by cops while driving through the city, most recently near his home in the affluent Westlake area.

And he insists it's because of the color of his skin. Foxx says, "I get pulled over all the time. I live in Westlake. A black man in Westlake? That's just don't happen. I got pulled over the other day for being black and happy. 'What's all that smiling about? You're smiling back there.' I was guilty."

Jamie Foxx was recently reportedly preparing "Night Tales", a horror anthology series based on 2008 TV movie "Nite Tales: The Movie".

The Honors Keep Coming for Actor Colin Firth

The honors keep coming for actor Colin Firth - he'll unveil the 2,429th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame next week, January 13. The actor, who is an Oscars Best Actor favorite for his portrayal of King George VI in "The King's Speech", will be saluted outside Hollywood Boulevard's British pub The Pig & Whistle next Thursday.

It has been a great year for the Brit - Firth won the BAFTA Award in 2010 for his performance in Tom Ford's "A Single Man", which also earned him nominations for an Academy Award, a Golden Globe Award and a Screen Actors Guild Award. He also garnered the Performance of the Year Award at the 2010 Santa Barbara International Film Festival, as well as the London Critics Circle Film Award for British Actor of the Year.

Firth has been nominated for both a Screen Actors Guild and Golden Globe honour this year for his portrayal of King George, which has already earned him the top acting prize from critics in Chicago, Illinois and Phoenix, Arizona.

Miley Cyrus' Email Account Has Been Arrested

A hacker who allegedly accessed Miley Cyrus' email account has been arrested on suspicion of unrelated internet crimes after police seized and searched his computer. Josh Holly, 21, allegedly acknowledged he hacked into the singer/actress' MySpace page in late 2007, according to an affidavit - and then bragged online about obtaining semi-nude photos of Cyrus from her Gmail account.

The information led police to seize his computer, and on Thursday, December 30, 2010 Holly was arrested in Nashville, Tennessee and charged with possession of unauthorised credit card account numbers, reports TMZ.com.

He was released on Monday, January 3. Holly is not currently facing any charges relating to Cyrus.

Queen Elizabeth II Welcomes First Great Grandchild

Queen Elizabeth II has become a great-grandmother for the first time - and she's "delighted" with the baby news. The British monarch's grandson Peter Phillips - the son of the Queen's daughter, Anne, Princess Royal and Mark Phillips - and his wife Autumn welcomed their first child, a girl, at a hospital in Gloucestershire, south west England on Wednesday, December 29.

The birth was announced on Thursday and a spokesman for Buckingham Palace said the Queen and her husband Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh are overjoyed at the addition to the family. A statement reads, "The Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh, the Princess Royal, Captain Mark Phillips and Autumn's family have been informed and are delighted with the news."

The baby weighed in at eight pounds, eight ounces (3.9 kilograms) and her name had not been confirmed as WENN went to press. She becomes 12th in line to the British throne.

Actor Billy Boyd has married his longterm partner in a romantic post-Christmas ceremony in his native Scotland. Boyd exchanged vows with Ali McKinnon, the mother of his four-year-old son Jack, on Wednesday, December 29 at a church in Glasgow, Scotland.

National Football League Commissioners Were Not Happy

National Football League commissioners were not happy when Brett Favre failed to cooperate in an investigation of picture scandal involving him and a female Jets employee. The Minnesota Vikings quarterback has been ordered to pay $50,000 in fine for the lack of cooperation.

The scandal surfaced after graphic pictures and suggestive messages, Favre allegedly sent to Jenn Sterger in 2008, made their way out earlier this year. The investigation was held later on, but "commissioner [Roger] Goodell determined that Favre was not candid in several respects during the investigation, resulting in a longer review and additional negative public attention for Favre, Sterger, and the N.F.L."

Beside Favre's reluctance to cooperate, the commissioner also found it difficult because "investigation was limited in several respects." It was explained further, "The conduct occurred in 2008 but was not brought to our attention until this fall. As a result, certain records and individuals were unavailable to the NFL."

Favre escaped any further punishment since the board said there was no evidence he violated league policy about workplace conduct. "The forensic analysis could not establish that Favre sent the objectionable photographs to Sterger," they said. "The review found no evidence to contradict the statements of both Favre and Sterger that they never met in person, nor was there anything to suggest that Sterger engaged in any inappropriate conduct."

This brought anger to Sterger's camp. Her lawyer Joseph R. Conway responded, "To the contrary, our evidence and the personal testimony of Ms. Sterger clearly showed a pattern of lewd and offensive behavior by Mr. Favre that lasted all of the 2008 season."

In order to avoid the same controversy in the coming years, Goodell affirmed that "no excuses for improper or potentially unlawful conduct in the workplace." He warned, "Every member of every club's staff should be able to work in an environment free of harassment or hostility, and one in which every employee is valued, respected, and given a full opportunity to contribute to the goals of the club and the NFL."

"Our new training program on workplace conduct will help all of us to promote the right kind of environment for all employees and I intend to dedicate the fine I have imposed on Favre to help fund that training program. "
